2018/2019
Constitution Carnival
“The rule of law is not a law but a system of values. It cannot thrive if those in power and those subject to the power of the state lack knowledge of and loyalty to basic values of the rule of law. In conjunction with the UM Consti Team’s effort in promoting the dissemination of constitutional knowledge to the general public, we held the 2019 CONSTITUTIONAL CARNIVAL to inculcate the culture of wisdom gathering on the 23rd of March 2019.
There were back-to-back activities held which included a townhall session with YB Datuk Liew Vui Keong and two forum sessions on SOCIAL CONTRACT and YOUTH EMPOWERMENT.

Public Speaking Competition
The UM Consti Team organised our annual PUBLIC SPEAKING COMPETITION for the year 2018. This theme of the competition was "LEGISLATION OF NEW MALAYSIA: A REALISTIC OR MYTHICAL ASPIRATION?"
Cash prizes was awarded to the top 3 speakers as well ranging from RM 300 to RM 100, depending on where they ranked.

Carnival Inclusion 2018
The Carnival Inclusion was a great success!
With this program, we were able to celebrate the International Day of Person with Disabilities while also promoting public awareness on the matter.
The smiles that were carved and the hearts that were touched brought more meaning than a billion dollars could give. Thank you to all those who were involved!

The UM Consti Team organised an educational trip to the Parliament on the 18th of October 2018, from 11.00 am - 1.00 pm. It was open to all students from UM Faculty of Law. Participants were briefed on the parliamentary process and etiquette and was given a comprehensive tour of the palace. Some were fortunate to snap a quick picture with the MPs!
