Constitution Carnival

“The rule of law is not a law but a system of values. It cannot thrive if those in power and those subject to the power of the state lack knowledge of and loyalty to basic values of the rule of law. The education system must promote constitutional literacy and respect for the rights of others.” - Prof Shad Saleem Faruqi

In conjunction with the UM Consti Team’s effort in promoting the dissemination of constitutional knowledge to the general public, we held the 2019 CONSTITUTIONAL CARNIVAL to inculcate the culture of wisdom gathering on the 23rd of March 2019.

There were back-to-back activities held which included a townhall session with YB Datuk Liew Vui Keong and two forum sessions on SOCIAL CONTRACT and YOUTH EMPOWERMENT.

Carnival Inclusion 2018

The Carnival Inclusion was a great success!

With this program, we were able to celebrate the International Day of Person with Disabilities while also promoting public awareness on the matter.

The smiles that were carved and the hearts that were touched brought more meaning than a billion dollars could give. Thank you to all those who were involved!
